My clinical work is guided by understanding the importance of context, and how human psychological systems influence one another. I am sensitive to cultural issues and what impact they may have, consciously or non-consciously on our lives. The systems model I use is called Narrative or Social Constructionist and the focus is on both your problem and your competency. Systems therapy is a very powerful method of identifying and resolving conflicts regardless of whether it involves one or many persons in any given session. This method of identifying problematic issues has allowed me to facilitate successful outcomes with: marital conflicts, adolescent “acting-out” issues, excessive worrying, feelings of sadness and hopelessness, eating disorders, addictions and more.
